Boba Bean Toys Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Boba Bean Toys! Because we specialize in blind-bag items and confirmed figures, we have a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our inventory and ensure fairness in the collectible market.
We offer a 30-day return policy for a refund, which means you have 30 days after receiving your eligible item to request a return. We do not offer product exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales

Confirmed Items: Any item sold as a "Confirmed Item" (where the package was opened by us prior to sale to verify the character) is Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Opened Blind Items: Items sold as factory-sealed blind bags, blind boxes, or cases are Final Sale once opened. Because the mystery is part of the product's value, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any factory-sealed item that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with by the customer.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be a factory-sealed item that is still completely sealed, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues (Keep & Replace)
We take quality seriously and want your collectibles to arrive safely! Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is physically broken, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bobabeantoys@icloud.com with:

Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging
Once we verify the damage, we will gladly send out a replacement (if available) or issue a refund. You do not need to go through the hassle of shipping the damaged item back to us.
How to Start a Return (For Unopened, Sealed Items Only)
To start a return for an unopened, factory-sealed item, contact us at bobabeantoys@icloud.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided to you upon acceptance of the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
