Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boba Bean Toys! We want to get your collectibles into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices, timelines, and terms below.

1. Processing & Handling Times

We work hard to pack your beans with care so they arrive in pristine condition.

  • Standard Orders: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Live Show Purchases / Sales: Orders placed during live events or high-volume product drops may require 3 to 5 business days for processing.

  • Notification: You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend entirely on the shipping carrier and service selected:

⚠️ Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or carrier backlogs.

3. Combined Shipping Policy

To keep operations smooth and ensure order accuracy, we cannot guarantee that separate orders placed on the website can be combined into a single shipment. If you place multiple distinct orders, they will most likely ship in separate packages, and shipping fees will apply to each individual checkout.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), ownership and risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer. Boba Bean Toys is not liable for packages that are lost in transit, delayed by the carrier, or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • Marked "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking number status says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your local post office branch. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items verified as delivered by the carrier.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly crushed or damaged by the carrier, please take photos of the box before opening it, as well as the items inside, and contact us immediately at bobabeantoys@icloud.com so we can help you evaluate the situation.
